Delivery Information – Free Furniture Delivery

Shipping Schedule: We process and ship orders every business day from Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Our goal is to dispatch all orders within two (2) business days, barring exceptional circumstances.
Change of Delivery Address: Deliveries will be made to the address specified during checkout. If you need to change the delivery address after dispatch, redirection is possible for courier-shipped orders. However, please note that you are responsible for covering the associated delivery charges. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
Delivery Charges:
- UK Mainland: Free Delivery with a delivery time of 2 to 8 working days.
- Small Item Delivery (Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Highlands, Scotland, Northern Ireland): Standard Delivery starting from £19.99 per item or order, with a delivery time of 5 to 10 working days.
- Large Item Delivery (Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Highlands, Scotland, Northern Ireland): Standard Delivery starting from £29.99 per item or order, with a delivery time of 5 to 10 working days.

Return and refund.
At Avant Vista Furnishing, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. In the event that you need to return an item, please review our comprehensive return policy below.
1. Return Initiation
If you need to return an item, please contact us promptly via email at support@avantvista-furnishings.co.uk . Whether you’ve changed your mind or received a damaged or faulty product, we are here to assist you throughout the process.
2. Return Conditions

Unwanted Items:
- If you’ve received an item in good condition but wish to return it, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. Either a collection fee will be charged based on the item’s size or for some brands like (beehive) returns must be delivered to the warehouse at your own expense. After return items will be inspected fully to assess them and check they are in new condition.
- For twenty 10 design items you need to notify us within 5 days of receipt.

Damaged or Faulty Items:
- If the furniture you receive is damaged or faulty, inform us immediately and provide photos for our investigation. We offer a free replacement.
Any faults or missing pieces must be reported in writing within 3 days of the invoice date, including the part letter/number (found on the instructions or invoice), a detailed description of the damage, and photographic evidence.
3. Packaging and Condition
For all returns, we kindly ask that the items are in their complete and original condition, including all packaging materials and accessories. Original packaging must be retained for the return to be processed.
Any returned items must be in an unused, brand-new condition and wrapped in original packaging. If you place an incorrect order and would like to exchange the item for a different colour or variation, you will also have to follow the above procedure. All returns must be delivered to our warehouse at your own expense, where they will be inspected. Any returned items must be in an unused, brand-new condition and wrapped in original packaging.
Please note, if your returned product has been devalued by unnecessary handling, is partly assembled, or missing its original packaging, we may deduct this value from your refund. This cost will be explained before we process your refund.
5. Cancellation and Changes
If you wish to cancel or amend an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can be amended until 2 pm on the day of dispatch. Once an order is shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Any cancellation after dispatch will be treated as a return.
6. Refunds
Upon receiving the returned product in our warehouse, refunds will be processed within 14 working days. Please note that we cannot accept returns without the original packaging.

Warranties
Our products are covered by a 1 Year Manufacturer’s Guarantee.
Mmilo products : The guarantee for all Mmilo products remains in force for 12 months and is valid from the date of purchase or the delivery date if later. The original purchase receipt or email confirmation is required as proof of purchase.
Beehive Products: The guarantee for all Beehive products cover against manufacturing defects on the construction of the frame and frame springs for 1 year.
You are entiteled to 5 Year Structural Frame Guarantee for beehive products. All our hardwood sofa frames are guaranteed against manufacturing defects when notified to us within 5 years from the day of delivery. The defects must be an inherent manufacturing defect in the structural hardwood framework of the sofa and this will be ascertained by an independent body such as Castelan or Homeserve. Inherent manufacturing defects do not include boards, springs, padding, mechanisms, mattresses or upholstery.
Please be advised your 1 year guarantee only includes 1 exchange where required/necessary. If your item is replaced/exchanged the new item will not hold a guarantee. This does not affect your statutory rights.
As a consumer you have certain rights regarding defective goods and this guarantee is given in addition to and not in substitution of your statutory rights. This guarantee applies to mainland UK only.
What is Covered Under This Guarantee?
This guarantee applies to domestic use only and covers defects in material and workmanship in frames and seat and back cushions when used with the intended frames.
The guarantee is subject to the following conditions: You have properly cared for and used the goods, particularly in the case of gloss and high sheen furniture. The furniture has been used for normal domestic purposes only. The guarantee is personal to you and is not transferable. The furniture has not been altered, or interfered with, by any other persons not authorised to do so by us. Any repair work must be undertaken by our appointed agent. This does not include the fitting/replacement of the items listed below which are not covered under our guarantee. Ltd.
The guarantee does not cover: Any damage caused by wear and tear – this includes flat or saggy cushions. Natural colour fading caused by prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. Movement of wardrobe infill or worktop caused by the natural movement of the house’s structure for installations over 30 days old. This also includes the settlement of furniture if fitted on top of the carpet. Fitting of any small item replacements, for example, handles, hanging rails, etc. Electrical and light fittings, bulbs, mirrors, and glass. Door and drawer adjustments and caulking, refitting of drawers removed from drawer runners. Accidental damage caused as a result of unexpected and non-deliberate action. If the furniture is required to be removed from the room’s structure the warranty does not cover re-decoration or damage to flooring. This will be the responsibility of the consumer to make good. All consumables required to replace faulty parts will be charged for; these include, but are not limited to, screws, filler, brackets, etc. Any fitting issues reported outside of 14 days from original installation date
We shall at our discretion repair, replace or reinstall parts as required. Due to natural colour fading on your existing furniture there may be a slight colour variation or plumper cushions in any items replaced which is out of our control.
5 Year Structural Frame Guarantee. All our hardwood sofa frames are guaranteed against manufacturing defects when notified to us within 5 years from the day of delivery. What is Not Covered Under This Guarantee?
This guarantee does not apply to products that have been stored, assembled, or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered, or cleaned using the wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products.
This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents.
This guarantee does not apply if the product has been placed outdoors or in a humid environment. The warranty may become void if the consumer attempts unauthorized repairs or modifications to the product.
The warranty will not be transferable if the product is sold or given to someone else
The guarantee does not cover general wear and tear and we will not accept any liability for damage caused by accidental damage or improper use ( such as but are not limited to scratches, water marks, scuffs) . AS A CONSUMER YOU HAVE STATUTORY PROTECTION REGARDING FAULTY OR MISDESCRIBED GOODS OR INADEQUATE SERVICES SUCH AS INSTALLATION. THESE TERMS DO NOT AFFECT THOSE RIGHT.
